‘Me, Myself and Sickle Cell’ video blogs.

As usual the twitter timeline gave me an interesting topic to share.

Having been in a relationship which eventually ended due to the pressures of my sickle cell I believe that it is important for people to consider the health of your partner before getting into a relationship with them; and if it’s not for you then it’s just not for you.

Please let me know your thoughts whether you have sickle cell or not, interested to hear everyones views.

I never saw myself being able to share something so intimate out of fear of other people’s opinions. I have come to realise that my opinion of myself is what matters more, so I am ready to face my fears.
